We have a solution (a genius solution if you ask me!): our green pina colada! Fresh, no sugar, and no additives — simply a delicious drink that will leave you hydrated and refreshed. It just so happens that coconut water is the perfect electrolyte drink and provides our body with nutrients that actually help us better absorb water!
1 Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend and enjoy!
We lose electrolytes when we sweat, so it is important to replace them, especially after a workout. 1. Fresh watermelon (try with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper!)
