This recipe for fish tacos with pineapple salsa is from our popular Weight Management app. It is sure to become a summertime favourite – who knew taking care of yourself could be this simple and delicious?
We recommend you prepare the fish by pan-frying it at a low to medium temperature with a little extra virgin olive oil (anything above this heat with olive oil is dangerous as it promotes formation of cancer-causing chemicals).
1Season the halibut with sea salt and pepper. Pan fry for 3 minutes a side with a little olive oil. Add the cooked fish to a large lettuce leaf and top with pineapple salsa and avocado, then the cilantro.
1Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
