Blue-Lavender Smoothie

This smoothie is one of my favorite ways to start the day. In addition to an unique flavor profile, it is packed with a double punch of antioxidants and fibre from the blueberry`s and chia seeds. The kefir provides beneficial probiotics and you even get a chance to sneak in a few dark, leafy kale greens! If you use fresh blueberries or want a thinner smoothie throw in a handful of ice.

  • Yields: 1 Serving


½ cup frozen organic blueberries

1 cup of kefir

3 large leaves of kale, stems removed

1 tsp maple syrup

½ tsp dried lavender

¼ tsp vanilla bean paste

1 Tbsp chia seeds

Pinch sea salt


1Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth.
